I was early. Volunteers everywhere were still setting up the decorations for the Christmas party. I felt a light tap on my shoulder. I turned around and squealed when I saw her face. It was Arana! “What are you doing here?” I asked. “I thought you weren’t coming till next Friday!” “Well, Melissa, I wanted to see you!” Arana said ecstatically. “You know how I LOVE parties!”
